About the role

This year, we are introducing a new and exciting series titled ‘Tech Visionaries’. This unique experience will be an intensive 3-day insight into Accenture Technology.  It will run from 1st-3rd April 2019 in our Dublin office.


During the experience, you will:

  • Get a unique look at what it’s like to work with Accenture
  • Develop a series of soft skills through sessions that will aid your professional development
  • Understand the importance of networking and build key contacts at Accenture
  • Benefit from a mentor who will guide you through your 3-day experience
  • Undertake various social activities with Accenture employees
  • Learn the agile development framework & app development lifecycle
  • Discover Accenture’s continuous delivery & integration approach
  • Finally, you will get the opportunity to apply for a role as an Accenture Technology Analyst, where you may be fast-tracked through the recruitment process - depending on your performance and engagement at Tech Visionaries.

  

Please note to apply, you need to be available to attend the full 3 days (9:00 AM – 5:30 PM)and you should not be in the recruitment process (or have been for the past year) for any other roles within Accenture.

The work you’ll be doing as an Accenture Technology Analyst

Our Technology Analysts work across two specialised disciplines; Business & Technology Integration (B&TI) and Software Engineering;


Your tasks as a Technology Analyst in Business & Technology Integration (B&TI):

  • You will work with a client team to deliver business transformations, this will include designing, building and testing strategic solutions ready for implementation.
  • As a key member of the team, you’ll focus and commit to understand client requirements, formulate a plan of action, and work with a range of onshore and offshore teams to deliver the solution
  • You will work in close contact with the client at every stage, this role will make the most of your ability to communicate complex technologies, while handling third party suppliers, timelines and expectations.


 Your tasks as a Technology Analyst in Software Engineering

  • You will work with some of the most advanced technologies on the market, develop industry-leading specialist skills and help transform our clients around the world.
  • You will create innovative technical solutions that we’re renowned for and drive technology development programmes for deployment in a variety of environments.
  • As well as understanding what our clients want to achieve, you’ll discover what’s possible within their existing framework and explore the best technologies to achieve the most effective results.
  • Working with onshore and offshore teams, you’ll take part innovative projects for a diverse range of clients, across a variety of industries.


When you’ll start working and your benefits

Start dates range from July 2019 to March 2020. Accenture Analyst salaries are paid at competitive market rates starting at €32,000. When you are offered a position, you'll receive full details of your remuneration package.

We accept degrees from any discipline however, you will need to demonstrate a real passion for technology, as well as an understanding of how it can be used or show why you’re looking to learn in this area. You will need to have achieved a minimum 2.2 result in your degree. Overall, we’re looking for a willingness to try new things, a passion for self-improvement and a strong work ethic.
