BME Women's Insight Day
At Accenture, we feel strongly about the importance of inclusion and diversity. We’re hosting an exclusive event for female BME students and graduates this September as a fantastic opportunity to help you learn more about Accenture and secure a graduate offer.
The event will involve a panel discussion where you can ask our graduates about everything from employability skills to the work we do and our culture. You will have a tour of our Innovation Centre, get involved in recruitment sessions and find out how to excel at an interview, as well as network with experts across various business areas over lunch. Impress us and you will be fast-tracked through to an Assessment Centre for one of our graduate programmes.
To attend, you should be about to go into your final year of your undergraduate degree, or recently graduated with a predicted/achieved 2.1 in any discipline. You will be from a BME background and identify as female.
What we’re looking for
We look for outstanding performers, with an open and collaborative mindset. You’ll need well-rounded capabilities with a proactive, driven and self-empowering approach. A dedicated teammate, you’ll need strong communication, project management and problem solving skills, and high learning ability. Above all, you’ll need to be naturally curious about business and technology.
This event is open to those from a BME background who identify as female. You should have a minimum 2:1 Bachelor’s Degree (in any discipline – achieved or predicted). We are looking for graduates available to join the Consulting Graduate Programme between March and May 2020, or final-year students available to start from September 2020.
